Eligibility:
Three-dimensional crafts: ceramics, fiber, jewelry, leather, metal, paper,
wood, mixed media as well as prints, paintings, photography and sculpture.
To Apply:
If you have not participated in this event before: Please send 2 photographs of your
work/one of your booth display. There is no screening fee.
Booth Fee:
$100 for a 10' x 10' booth space
$175 for a 10' x 20' booth space
($80/$150 for previous participants or for applications approved prior to January 30,
2007)

Set-Up: Friday afternoon June 29, 2007
Art Fair: Friday, June 29, 6-8 pm (invitation
only private viewing for patrons to purchase and review your art)
Saturday, June 30, 11 am - 6 pm
Sunday, July 1, noon - 4 pm

General
Information:
In order to balance the Art Fair, quotas exist for each medium. Applications will be
accepted until your medium is filled.
The Art Fair is open to all artists who exhibit and sell work of traditional or
contemporary design.
No commercial molds or manufactured artwork will be accepted. All art must be for sale and
have prices clearly marked. We reserve the right to remove any work from the Fair, which
does not reflect the application photograph.
The location is handicap accessible.

Services Provided:
At the Fair:
Purchase Awards: A minimum of 10 awards of $50 each. There
will be at least $500 worth of certificates sold prior to the fair to patrons that will
redeem these the day of the Fair. There is no limit on the number of certificates that can
be redeemed at each booth in exchange for your artwork. You will then redeem these for
cash at the end of the Fair.
Excellence Awards: A minimum of two awards of $100 each will be
presented. A panel of judges will award these the first day of the Fair. These will be
redeemed for cash at the end of the Fair.
Complimentary Refreshments: Provided to exhibitors during
set up on Friday afternoon and during the Art Fair.
Discounts: Local accommodations and restaurants.
Campground accommodations available. Must be requested in advance.
Complimentary: Beach access, vehicle parking, admittance
to the patron reception Friday evening.
Prior to Fair:
Advance Information: directions, booth number,
accommodations, tax information, free patron invitation cards for you to send to your
patron list
Arrival Information: information booth with arrival packet
containing booth assignment and sign, 2 exhibitor badges, parking pass and local
information.
